Terms and Conditions

For security purposes, check-in can only be processed with a valid ID Document from each one of the guests.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of the booking. The amount of one night will be pre-authorized 2 days prior to arrival. The payment for the stay as well as the city tax shall be made at check-in. Promotional or Pre-Paid Rates will be charged at the time of booking. City Tax will still be paid at check-in. If the Credit Card Holder is not traveling, a third-party authorization form must be filled and signed and a copy of the holder’s ID must be presented. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation that does not meet these requirements.

The website can only be used to make individual reservations of less than five rooms. For bookings of five or more rooms, please contact the hotel at lisbon@theartinn.com. The hotel reserves the right to apply group cancellation and payment policies to reservations with five or more confirmed rooms.

Non-refundable Rates:
For non-refundable rates, the hotel will charge the total amount of your stay on your credit card (100% non-refundable deposit).
Note that if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Please note that a city tax of 2€ per person, per night, is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older.
The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested at check-in. Please note that the credit card name must match the person checking-in. Guests using a 3rd party credit card must contact the property in advance to provide a pre-authorization form.

Flexibles Rates:
A credit card number is required.
The reservation may be modified or cancelled with no costs if the cancellation is made 2 days prior to your arrival date until 12pm UTC time.
In case of no-show or early departure the total price of the reservation will be charged (100% of the total amount, mentioned on your confirmation).
Please note that a city tax of EUR 2 per person, per night, is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older.
If you cancel after 12pm UTC time, 2 day(s) prior to arrival date, the forfeiture amount will be 1 night(s) from the total stay.
